Chicken Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

10 slices
bacon
2 cups
cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz
cream cheese
1 cup
sour cream
1/2 cup
butter, melted
1/2 cup
water
1 oz
ranch dressing mix
30 oz
hashbrowns, frozen
2 cups
chicken, cooked and shredded
optional
green onions, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F/180C.

Stir together half of shredded cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, water, ranch dressing mix, and 2/3 of bacon. Combine well.

Stir in cooked chicken and hashbrowns.

Spoon evenly into a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Bake 30 minutes. remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake 20-25 minutes more.

Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
